We're all overloaded with subscriptions, and online advertising is broken for everyone — readers, publishers, and advertisers alike. Vusub is the third way: a time-shifted ad subscription that turns attention into a currency. Instead of paying with money, users earn engagement points by reading or watching the content they love, then spend those points by choosing which ads to view, on their own time, in the Vusub app. It's a model built on respect. Vusub creates a new subscription option that allows people to use their attention to pay their monthly bill rather than their credit card. The advertising experience is completely separate from the content experience, eliminating many issues inherent in the traditional ad model.
Vusub creates a new advertising experience similar to a 'social reel'. People get to browse ads in an app and choose the ads they want to watch to pay down their balance. This creates significantly higher ad engagement and ensures real ad views, not just impressions.
The systems puts users in control of their own ad experience. They get to watch ads to help pay for content they enjoy, but they get to watch them when and where they want. This 'time-shifting' of the ad experience makes ads less intrusive and annoying.
